As per the government officials, the plan is to form a strong base for conducting helicopter tours in North and South Goa. Quitol, near Mobor beach, has been finalized as the location in the South of Goa. It is a joint venture between the Goa Tourism Department and Pawan Hand Ltd. This will be serving as a great way to observe the beautiful sight of Goa from the air.
The helicopter will take off from the Part Hyatt Goa Resort and Spa, and you can enjoy the alluring view from the state-of-the-art Bell 206 choppers. You will get to fly over Goa’s several popular locations during a 25 minutes to 35 minutes long ride.
To experience the most adventurous helicopter ride in Goa, the ticket prices are going to be set at an approximate rate of ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per person. The tickets are easily accessible with the online booking facility, making it a much easier and quicker way to sign up for the journey full of adventure.
The locals in Goa are excited about the new plan of the Goa Tourism department as it is sure to give a push to the economy within the state. The measures taken by the government are commendable. As the government of Goa has announced to boost its economy with the addition of a new adventure sport in the form of helicopter tours, people are excited to know about the areas their ride will be covering.
